Victor Kenneth Fraser Jr. (Ken) was born on January 1, 1971 in Wewoka, Oklahoma to Victor Fraser Sr. and Janie Fraser. He passed from this life on November 20, 2022 at the age of 51, in Oklahoma City.

Victor enjoyed shooting games of pool with anyone who was willing to play, fishing, hunting, and watching police shows.

Victor is survived by his wife of 20 years, Virginia Fraser; two sons, Cody Fraser and Colby Fraser; four daughters, Keana Mullins, Kylee Smith, Kalyssa Smith, and Kaylee Smith; granddaughter, Iris Fraser; sister, Janet Fraser; brother, Jerry Durkee; nephews Andrew, Zachary, Patrick, Justin, and Johnathan; his wife's mother and siblings, whom he considered to be his own, as well as many friends.

Victor is preceded in death by his parents, Victor Fraser Sr. and Janie Fraser; his paternal grandparents, Jack and Bonnie Fraser; and maternal grandparents. Tom and Opal Jenkins.

Funeral services for Victor Kenneth Fraser Jr. will be at Williamson-Spradlin Funeral Home in the Spradlin Memorial Chapel on Saturday, November 26 at 2:00pm. Pastor Larry Chesser and Pastor Bill Chesser will officiate.
