Shirley Diane Canard, 82, a loving and dedicated wife, mother and friend died January 28, 2025 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Diane was born April 1, 1942 in Wichita, Kansas to the late Hank and Opal Melton. Diane will be laid to rest alongside her husband, Curtis Canard.

Diane graduated from Kansas State University. In 1965, she married Curtis Canard. After they were married, they lived in South America for two years. They then returned to Oklahoma to start their family. They had three wonderful and active boys; Jason, Damon and Brandon. Diane enjoyed spending time with her three grandsons; Gavan, Cameron and Carson. Diane was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Nothing was more important to her than family.

Left to cherish Diane's memory are her sons, Jason Canard of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Damon Canard and wife Stephanie of Jenks, Oklahoma, and Brandon Canard and wife Tracey of Wesley Chapel, Florida; grandsons, Gavan Canard of Tulsa, Cameron and Carson Canard of Wesley Chapel, Florida; sister, Sheila Gephart and husband Charles of Rogers, Arkansas; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral Services for Shirley Diane Canard will be held Saturday, February 1, 2025 at 11:00 AM in the Spradlin Memory Chapel at Williamson-Spradlin Funeral Home of Wetumka.
