Obituary

Robin Lee Anderson was born Nov. 25, 1964 in Los Angeles, CA. and made her final journey home on March 4, 2017 in Oklahoma City.

She is the daughter of Thelma Jean Noon of Wetumka and the late Robert Otis Anderson Sr. of Gracemont and Oklahoma City.

Robin has seven brothers and three sisters: Wesley "Ricky" Montemayor of Oklahoma City, Steven Noon-Anderson of Wetumka, Robert O. Anderson Jr. Of Oklahoma City, Nathan Anderson of Wetumka, Auraylia Noon of Wetumka, Julie Anderson of Anadarko, Alva "Otis" Anderson of Midwest City, Ronald Edward Anderson of Wetumka, Dean Daugomah of Anadarko and Sonja Anderson of Shawnee.

Robin has one son, Robert Kristopher Braziel and one granddaughter, Audrey Braziel of Yukon.

She is the eldest granddaughter of both paternal and maternal grandparents and the first grandchild to join our ancestors in heaven, she passed away at the age of 52.

Robin was baptized at the First Baptist Church in El Reno, OK. at the age of seven while attending the Concho Indian Boarding School.

She spend her last days with family friend Alan Webster and boyfriend Leslie Sharp, both of Oklahoma City.

Robin graduated college at the University of Science & Arts in Chickasha, OK. following in the footsteps of Grandma Jean and others.

She last worked as a substance abuse counselor in Oklahoma City.
She loved to read, travel with no notice or plans and she followed in the Anderson way and played golf.

Robin spent time in Lawrence, KS., staying with family and while she was there she worked as a fork lift driver at a local company called E & E Display Group, which was known for hiring Natives and other minorities. Her brother, roommates and several friends all worked there together.

Contrary to years of Robin saying she'd never work in the kitchen, her last years were spent baking and cooking many different meals that Leslie had the pleasure of experiencing.
