Polly Ann Buckley was born on January 27, 1947 to Amos Green and Lillian Deere. She passed from this life on February 19, 2025 at her home in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

She met her husband, Charlie while in school. They made their home in Oklahoma City for a while and eventually settled their family in Tulsa.

Polly worked as a housekeeper in both nursing homes and assisted living facilities. She loved the Oklahoma Sooners. She was an avid bowler, and even picked up a ton of bowling trophies along the way. Polly especially adored her grandchildren. She was always willing to make them whatever food they wanted to eat. They were her pride and joy.

Polly was preceded in death by her parents, Amos Green and Lillian Deere; her husband, Charlie Buckley; her daughter, Cheryl Miller; her son, Edward Green; brothers, Eugene Green and Joe Green; and one sister, Nancy Gutierrez.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Penny Buckley and Crystal Buckley; brothers, Tony Green, Dave Green, and Kenneth Deere; sisters, Hettie Green and Betty Bunny; 7 grandchildren, Demitra Gouge, Edward Green Jr., Ivan Green, Sasha Meely, Nina Meely, Alana Yargee, and Myrah Yargee; 4 great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation for Polly Ann Buckley will be held Sunday, February 23, from 1:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Williamson-Spradlin Funeral Home of Wetumka.

Funeral Services for Polly Ann Buckley will be held Monday, February 24, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Williamson-Spradlin Funeral Home of Wetumka.

Interment will follow at the Buckley Family Cemetery.

Services are under the direction of Williamson-Spradlin Funeral Home of Wetumka.
