Lowell was born February 22, 1936. He was raised in Wetumka, Oklahoma where he attended school and graduated. After graduation, he joined the United States Army and went to California. In the service he mastered radar/infrared repair, which took him to Germany for a year. He then completed his military service honorably. Lowell loved football, the OU Sooners, the 49ers, old cars, good times, and Fireball… anyone who had the honor to know him loved him. He will be dearly missed by all!

He was the loving husband of Mille (Amelia) Cook, father to Corey, Kendalee, Marci, and Shannon. He was a loving grandfather, great grandfather, and uncle to many.

Lowell is preceded in death by many of his loved ones. He was the brother of Jeanette Harrel, Wanda Washburn, Virginia Grove, and Evalina LaValley, and a loving son to Blanche Cook.
