Leetta (Le Ann) Ann James-Harrison, age 73, passed away on October 25, 2022, at her Weleetka, Oklahoma home with her family by her side.

Le Ann was born on September 18, 1949, in Anadarko, Oklahoma to Dorothy and Eldon Russell. She had two brothers, Harold and Larry Russell, all of whom she reunites with.

She went to Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Oklahoma and graduated with an Associate degree in Business. She was also entered into a beauty pageant at this university and won.

Her first marriage was with Garland Gregory in 1967 and she was blessed with her daughter, Anita Gregory in 1969.

She then married Wayne Smith in 1974 and had her son, Brian Smith in 1978. She helped raise her stepdaughter Margie Webb Mercer with Wayne.

She married Gary Harrison in 2001. The two were lifelong companions and they were with each other every step of the way. They adopted Matthew and Kyle Harrison together.

Le Ann worked as an administrative aid for the city of Oklahoma City until she retired. Le Ann was known for loving to spend time with her family and grandchildren. She loved shopping and finding good deals. Some of her hobbies included drawing, painting, and remodeling.

Le Ann is survived by her husband Gary Harrison; her children, Anita Gregory, Brian Smith, and Kyle Harrison; her stepchildren; Margie Webb Mercer, Trina Wainscott, Raymond Davis; her grandchildren, Nathan Smith, Billy Webb, Chelsey Smith, Matt Mercer, and Jayci'lynn Huggins; daughter-in-law, Christa Huggins, great-grandchildren; Millie Webb, and many, many good friends.

She was preceded in death by her son, Matthew Harrison.

Le Ann especially will be remembered for her loving heart and fiery spirit that loved to serve God and help people.

Funeral Services held Friday, November 4, at 2:00pm at Christ's Community Church in Weleetka, Oklahoma.
