Kathryn Flora Mae (Wetsel) Cole was born October 27, 1954 to James Earl Wetsel and Jean Frances (Bennett) Wetsel in Arlington, Texas. She passed from this life on December 22, 2019.

Kathryn earned an associate degree in music from Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth, Texas. She worked for many years as a driver for Super Shuttle shuttling passengers. Kathryn loved to fish and camp. She also loved playing online with her grandson Ricky. She was born and raised in Texas and moved to Dustin, Oklahoma in February of 2001.

Kathryn is preceded in death by her partner in life, LeAnn Hagar; her mother, Jean Frances Wetsel; her father, James Earl Wetsel; and her brother, James Wetsel.

Kathryn is survived by her children, Rachel Cole, of Wetumka, Oklahoma and James Potts; grandchildren, Leah Wood and Richard Cole; her best friend, Carol Bennett; her brother and sister, Frank Wetsel and Helen King; as well as many other family and friends.

A memorial service for Kathryn Cole will be held on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at 11:00am at the Living Water Pentecostal Holiness Church in Wetumka. Pastor Brad Burton will officiate.
