Survivors include: her mother Raina Johnson of the home and father Joshua Sullivan of Holdenville; maternal grandparents, Michelle Gann of Weleetka and Aaron Johnson of Wetumka and Kayla Marshall; paternal grandparents Joanna and Leo Sullivan of Holdenville; Maternal great grandparents, Phyllis Gann of Holdenville and Bob Gann of Nashville, Ga; paternal great grandmother, Molly Sullivan; along with several aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be at the Williamson-Spradlin Funeral Home in Wetumka on Monday, December 26, from 9:00am to 8:00pm. Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 27, at 2:00 pm at the Assembly Of God Church in Wetumka with Rev. Curt Bellinger, pastor, officiating. Pallbearers will be River Johnson, Dusty Sullivan, and Joshua Sullivan. Honorary bearers will be Blake Wallace, Matthew Sullivan and Marshall Johnson. Interment will be in the Calvin Cemetery under the direction of Williamson-Spradlin Funeral Home of Wetumka and Weleetka.
