Frank Paul Peters was born August 8, 1928 in Enid, Oklahoma to Jacob Frank Peters and Anna Leona (Nickel) Peters and passed from this life November 2, 2018 in Weleetka at the age of 90.

In about 1946 he served his country in the armed forces and was honorably discharged. Following his military service he worked for several years in golf course maintenance. He also enjoyed running cattle. He love all types of animals, especially dogs.

Frank was preceded in death by his children Robert Allen Peters and Frank James Peters.

Survivors include: three children, Esther Gallagher, Virginia Lee Heatherly, Charles Peters, and John Peters; his siblings, George Peters of Eufaula, Stella LaBrace of Guymon, Chester Littrell of Guymon, and Ruth Billings of Holdenville; 41 grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
