Frank Broner, Jr. was born January 10, 1946 in Kansas City, Missouri to the late Frank Broner, Sr. and LeeAnn Broner.

Frank graduated from Paseo High School. After graduating, he began work with the Kansas City Water Department. He later decided to move to California where he continued his work in municipal water. At his mother's request, he then moved to the Wetumka area, where he met and married Shelia Samilton in 1982. To this union was born two daughters Vicki Ann and Erica Lynn Broner. He also raised two other children, Tiffany Marie and Tylisa LaFaye Samilton.

Frank enjoyed life and enjoyed working at numerous water plants, including Wetumka, Wewoka, Seminole, Sapulpa and Holdenville.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his spouse, Shelia Broner; his daughters, Vicki Broner of Austin, Texas and Erica Smith and Brandon of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; a sister AuthorLee Clark Broner of Kansas City, Missouri; three step-grandsons of Wetumka, Oklahoma; mother and father-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Mackilee Samilton of Wetumka, Oklahoma; three brothers-in-law; one sister-in-law; and a host of many other loved ones, friends and family.

A wake will be held For Frank Broner, Jr. at the Williamson-Spradlin Funeral Home Chapel, on Monday, December 4, from 1:00pm to 3:00pm, under the direction of Williamson-Spradlin Funeral Home.
