Fields
Nov 11, 1961 — Mar 23, 2018
Yukon
Fleshman Fields, Jr. was born in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, on November 11, 1961 to Fleshman Fields, Sr. and Ella London (Stand) Fields. He passed away, surrounded by his family in Yukon, Oklahoma, on March 23, 2018.
Fleshman was born in Tahlequah and raised in Henryetta. He spent most of his years working in construction, where he built residential homes and did stone work, but he was an industrious man of many talents. He bought his first car with the money he made washing dishes at Kellog's. He enjoyed working on cars and was an enthusiastic outdoorsman—he loved shooting, hunting, fishing, and camping.
Fleshman was preceded in death by his parents, Fleshman, Sr. and Ella; two children who died in infancy, Darla and Justin; and by his sister, Marie Chavarria.
Fleshman is survived by his wife Sandra of the Home; by four children, Justin Johnson, Josh Fields, Michael Fields, and Courtney Harjo; by eleven grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services for Fleshman Fields, Jr. will be held on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 1:00pm at Salt Creek Indian Baptist Church in Wetumka, Oklahoma. Interment will follow at the Salt Creek Church Cemetery, under the direction of Williamson-Spradlin Funeral Home of Wetumka and Weleetka.
