Donald Joe Zachary Hunter was born September 30, 1951 in Tulsa Oklahoma. He is the son of Donald Lee Hunter and Lorine Ethel (Lewis) Hunter.  He passed August 2, 2021, in Muskogee Oklahoma. Donnie left this cruel world after a 17 month struggle in long term care from a stroke. He was raised and attended Webbers Falls Public Schools. In his younger years he loved hunting. Most of all he loved fishing and being on the Arkansas River banks.  After the passing of mom and dad Donnie returned to Tulsa Oklahoma working with his Uncle Johnny Lewis and cousin and friend "Sonny" John A. Lewis, who treated him as their own family and he loved them and their families dearly.   Donnie's sisters loved him and will miss him the rest of their lives.

Donnie has joined his moma and daddy, brothers Ronnie and James; Sister Tracy Hunter and Grandma Cora Kendrick Lewis.

Donnie is survived by two boys, Ryker Joe Zachary and Joseph Lee Zachary; Three Sisters Beth Nanette and husband John Oldfield, Rita Lynn Shamblin and husband Dean, Brenda Lee Cato and husband James; Also survived by; one niece Lacy Shamblin, Nephews: Casey Williamson, Bryan Casinger, Davin Shamblin, Micah Cato and Nathan Cato; and Great-nieces and nephews: Bryan Junior, Alicia, Wade, Clover Phynn, Gannon, Kolby, Abigail, Maggie, Mylie, Haley, Autumn and Ridge.

Services will be graveside at Memorial Park Cemetery, in Tulsa Oklahoma, at 11:00am on Friday, August 6, 2021 near Brother Ronnie, Mother Lorine and Grandmother Lewis.
