Carroll McLoud, Sr. was born to Felix McLoud and Reba (Purdom) McLoud in Huntsville, Arkansas on August 12, 1929. He passed from this life in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on August 17, 2020.

Carroll married his wife, Doris (Redford) McLoud on May 3, 1953. To their union were born two children, Regina and Carroll, Jr. Caroll worked across the country and throughout the state of Oklahoma. He first came to Oklahoma to work with family in Tulsa. He later settled in Weleetka, Oklahoma, and opened a carpet and tile shop in 1971, which he worked for more than 30 years. Carroll was a member of Allen Free Will Baptist Church in Weleetka.

Carroll is preceded in death by wife, Doris, who passed in June 2013; by his parents, Felix and Reba; and by his siblings, Nelson, Pete, Leonard, and Fay.

Caroll is survived by his daughter, Regina Forsythe of Nuyka, Oklahoma, and his son, Carroll McLoud, Jr., of Weleetka. He is survived by his grandchildren, Jennifer, Josh, Angelica, Katie, and Robin. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren; his sister-in-law Roseanna; and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held at Williamson-Spradlin Funeral Home of Weleetka, Oklahoma on Friday, August 21 from 9:00am until 8:00pm. A graveside funeral service will be held at Hillcrest Cemetery on Saturday, August 22 at 10:00am. Rev. Don Williamson will officiate. Honorary pallbearers will be Josh McLoud, Caleb Whitman, Kyle Leitka, Calvin Whitman, Chase Whitman, Carson Whitman, Justin Wells, and Casey Mann.
